About the new Landmark Projects for Southeast Asia
To successfully develop and implement pioneering projects in Vietnam, the Philippines, and Indonesia, a locally based company with the appropriate legal structure and operational capabilities is essential. For this reason, companies are currently being established in these countries, with operations scheduled to commence in October/November 2026.
The companies, headquartered in Hong Kong, Manila, and Hanoi, will operate as foreign-managed project management firms specializing in the planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale projects in the hospitality and real estate sectors. Their primary objective is to manage the development and realization of the planned "Ultra-Luxury Hotel & Resort," including a private marina, in Southeast Asia.
Following their establishment, the regional companies will work with the Eugera Group to manage the entire development process, covering every phase of the project lifecycle from land acquisition and permitting to design coordination, procurement, and construction management, through to commissioning and final handover. By combining international project management standards with local expertise, the company ensures regulatory compliance, efficient project execution, and the highest quality standards throughout the entire development process.

Following the establishment of the new regional project company by the EUGERA GROUP—which serves as the lead project developer and manager—the company will develop and realize the "Ultra-Luxury Resort & Residence," a project with a total investment volume of 185 million US dollars.
The company will work closely with international investors, architects, engineers, construction firms, consultants, financial institutions, and Indonesian authorities to deliver a project that meets the highest standards of quality, transparency, sustainability, and operational excellence.

The mission is to deliver first-class project management services that transform visionary concepts into secure, sustainable, and long-term investments, while simultaneously creating lasting value for investors, partners, and the local community.
Upon project completion, the owner will lease the project site, the associated real estate assets, and the finished ultra-luxury hotel and resort to a renowned international hotel and resort operator under a long-term lease agreement. Furthermore, the company will own, manage, and lease out selected commercial spaces within the complex—including exclusive retail outlets, beachfront restaurants, cafés, bars, and other dining establishments. In addition, the company plans to assume long-term ownership and operational management of the private marina to ensure its sustainable operation and continuous development.
