In addition, the company will own, manage, and lease selected commercial facilities within the development, including exclusive retail boutiques, beachfront restaurants, cafés, bars, and other hospitality venues. The company also plans to assume the long-term ownership and operational management of the private marina, ensuring its sustainable operation and continuous development.
